Harassment, discrimination, abusive behavior, disruption of sessions, unauthorized promotional activities, or violation of applicable laws may result in immediate removal from the event without refund and may lead to future participation restrictions.
All trademarks, logos, branding materials, website content, event materials, designs, publications, and official documentation of Bharat Innovation Conclave remain the property of the organizers or respective rights holders.
Presentations, research, startup concepts, demonstrations, and other content shared by speakers, exhibitors, mentors, startups, or participants remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

Participants acknowledge that photographs, audio recordings, video recordings, live streams, interviews, testimonials, and event coverage may be conducted during Bharat Innovation Conclave activities.
By attending, participants grant Bharat Innovation Conclave permission to use such recordings for promotional, educational, reporting, archival, documentation, and publicity purposes across print, digital, social media, and other communication channels without additional compensation.
Participants submitting startup ideas, business plans, prototypes, research outputs, innovations, or project details are solely responsible for the content submitted.
Bharat Innovation Conclave does not claim ownership of submitted intellectual property unless otherwise agreed through separate written arrangements.
